Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Horservices LLC (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

We provide commercial printing services including but not limited to business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, banners, signage, and large format printing. All services are subject to availability and our capacity to fulfill orders.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of approved proofs and payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

4. File Submission & Proofs

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready files that meet our specifications. We provide digital proofs for approval before production. Once a proof is approved by the customer, Horservices LLC is not responsible for any errors present in the approved artwork.

5. Production & Shipping

Turnaround times begin after proof approval and payment confirmation. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, turnaround times are not guaranteed. Shipping times are in addition to production times and vary by carrier and destination.

6. Returns & Reprints

If your order does not meet our quality standards or contains errors caused by our production process, we will reprint the order at no charge. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving the order with photographic evidence of the defect. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or errors in customer-supplied artwork.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork and files, you represent that you have the legal right to use and reproduce all content. Horservices LLC is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations in customer-submitted materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horservices LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
